In this financial analysis dashboard, we aim to gain a comprehensive understanding of the financial health of a Company by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to incomes, payments, taxes, profit, profit by month, and goal of margin deviation. Additionally, we will segment these KPIs by different banks where the Company has its financial operations.

Financial data has been extracted from the Company’s accounting system and stored in Google Sheets. The dataset includes information of all financial transactions/movements in 2020 and 2021. Using Power BI’s Power Query, we imported and manipulated the data extracted from Google Sheets. We created tables, new measures, cleaned the data and established relationships to facilitate financial analysis.

We developed an intuitive dashboard to visualize key financial indicators, including waterfall charts to track the evolution of profit by month, a donut chart to display % of profit margin, the number of transactions/movements by PIX, and more, all segmented by different banks.

Based on the visualization created, we identified that April is the month with the most loss. With that, we suggested that Company explore opportunities to reduce operating expenses and improve financial efficiency, especially for this month.

The financial analysis conducted provided valuable insights for the Company. With the information provided, the company can make more informed strategic decisions to enhance its financial health and maximize results.
